Welcome to PKA Kickboxing the founding organisation of American Sport Kickboxing. You are now enrolled in Leicester PKA and we look forward to helping you achieve your goals within the Martial Arts.
Listed below are some of the rules of PKA Kick boxing
1. Always arrive for class on time.
2. Only official Leicester PKA uniforms and equipment are allowed.
3. Students must always wear a Leicester PKA uniform in class. Non-association t-shirts, tracksuits, football tops or other Martial Arts attire (including badges) are not allowed.
4. Always ensure that your person is clean, especially hands and feet, with clean short finger and toe nails.
5. No jewellery to be worn in classes (except wedding rings).
6. All mobile phones are to switched off.
7. No chewing or eating is allowed during classes.
8. No swearing is allowed in school areas.
9.Always show respect and courtesy to your fellow students and instructors.
10. Sparring is only permissible when full official Leicester PKA protective equipment (head guard, mouth guard, boxing gloves, groin guard, shin and foot protectors) are worn.
12. Make sure that you Leicester PKA Licence is up to date.
