We run women only Kickboxing classes in Leicester for women of all ages and abilities.

Effective weight lose and fitness

Fitness is the foundation of any martial art and plays a major part in all our classes. All exercises are tailored to your own abilities which we will help you improve over time.

Self Defense

Do you want to feel confident on the streets? Our kickboxing classes include self defense techniques for women and girls.

A typical Kickboxing session:

  • A warm-up. This is a series of stretching exercises.
  • Pad work. A selection of punches and kicks with a partner to pads.
  • Self Defense. Learn how to defend your self on the streets
  • Fitness rounds. Short and fast exercises aimed at improving your fitness
  • Cool-down. A series of stretches aimed at relaxing your body and improving flexibility
