PKA Kickboxing Leicester runs adult sessions 5 days a week for all ages and abilities. Our classes are aimed to suit your own abilities and our fully trained friendly instructors will help you learn at your own pace.

Our Kickboxing classes are perfect if you want to loose weight, gain confidence, learn self defense or to become a competitive fighter. All sparring is optional and unlike most kickboxing organisations we do not require you to fight unless you want to.

Effective weight lose and fitness classes

Fitness is the foundation of any martial art and plays a majyor part in all our classes. All exercises are tailored to your own abilities which we will help you improve over time.

A typical Kickboxing session includes:

  • A warm-up. This is a series of stretching exercises.
  • Pad work. A selection of punches and kicks with a partner to pads.
  • Sparring. Learning how to use kickboxing techniques in a fight situation. All sparring is optional.
  • Fitness rounds. Short and fast exercises aimed at improving your fitness
  • Cool-down. A series of stretches aimed at relaxing your body and improving flexibility
